Programs operate during before-school and after-school hours based on each school's bell schedule.Pay Range: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experiencePay Schedule: Biweekly, every other FridayWhat You'll DoLead Teachers help create welcoming, engaging, and well-organized programs where students feel safe, supported, and excited to participate each day.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the daily operation of before- and after-school programs across MonumentSupervise students and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environmentLead games, enrichment activities, crafts, and hands-on learning experiencesAssist students with homework and academic support as neededBuild positive relationships with students, families, school staff, and fellow team membersFollow Colorado child care licensing regulations and Leading Edge policiesComplete attendance, daily documentation, and incident reporting as neededSupport the Site Director with program setup, organization, and daily operationsServe as a positive role model through professionalism, teamwork, and enthusiasmEnrichment & CurriculumAt Leading Edge, learning continues long after the school bell rings.Lead Teachers help bring our monthly enrichment curriculum to life by facilitating engaging activities that encourage creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and exploration.
