The Opportunity
We are seeking an Acrylic Bath Installer capable of running crews and handling a high volume of work year-round.
This is steady, full-time work with room for growth and leadership.
You will be responsible for professional, accurate installations according to company standards and customer expectations.
What You'll Do
  • Remodel bathrooms efficiently using carpentry and construction trade skills
  • Complete quality installations in as little as one day
  • Follow all installation procedures and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
  • Represent the company with professionalism and respect in customers' homes
  • Educate homeowners on care and maintenance of their new bath systems
  • Complete required paperwork and photo documentation accurately
  • Maintain your installation vehicle, tools, and materials
  • We take pride in leaving homes better than we found them - and in delivering a five-star experience every time.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or remodeling experience
  • Ability to measure accurately and use standard construction tools
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and lead when necessary
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to read instructions and follow detailed processes
  • Bathroom remodeling experience is preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate.
  • Full-time availability Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays required.
