Job description

Quality Cabinets & Closets are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented employee or sub-contractor for Custom Closet Installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the professional installation of custom closet systems, including walk-in closets, reach-ins, pantries, garages, and other home organization solutions. You will represent our company in customers' homes and must demonstrate a commitment to quality, safety and exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Install custom closets and storage systems according to design specifications
  • Read and interpret CAD drawings, blueprints and other installation instructions
  • Measure and mark installation points accurately using levels, tape measures and other tools
  • Safely load, transport, and unload materials and tools to & from job sites
  • Have your own tools to ensure all jobs are completed
  • Communicate with clients on-site in a professional and courteous manner
  • Address and resolve minor issues or adjustments during installation
  • Ensure the final product meets company standards and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain & submit accurate records of time, materials for each job completed
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocol's
  • Attire will include solid-colored shirts and shorts or pants
  • Cleaning up dust and debris after each workday

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in closet installation 
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Having your own tools to complete each job
  • Ability to read CAD drawings, blueprints, etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders
  • Reliable transportation and a clean valid drivers license
  • Reliable, punctual and self motivated
