Rojek Home Services is a top-rated independent home inspection company serving Will, Cook, DuPage, Kendall, Grundy, Kane, McHenry, and parts of Lake and Kankakee counties. We're growing and looking for a licensed, experienced Illinois home inspector who's ready to hit the ground running.
What We Offer:

  • 50% of all ancillary services you perform (radon, sewer scope, mold, WDO, pest, etc.)

  • Paid training period to learn our systems and templates before going to full commission

What We Need:
  • Active Illinois Home Inspector license - required, no exceptions
  • Minimum 100 completed paid inspections - include your count in your application

You'll learn our Spectora-based reporting system quickly. If you're already licensed and experienced, you'll be running independently within weeks, not months.

Responsibilities
โ€ข Conduct thorough, professional home inspections using our Spectora-based reporting system
โ€ข Perform ancillary services, including radon testing, sewer scope, mold inspection, and WDO/pest inspection
โ€ข Generate detailed, professional inspection reports that meet client and agent expectations
โ€ข Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and real estate agents
โ€ข Maintain accurate records and documentation for all inspections
โ€ข Build and manage your own book of business with established referral network support
โ€ข Deliver exceptional customer service that maintains our reputation for quality
Qualifications
โ€ข Active Illinois Home Inspector license (required, no exceptions)
โ€ข Minimum 100 completed paid inspections with a documented track record
โ€ข Professional, reliable, and responsive communication with clients and agents
โ€ข Own vehicle and basic hand tools for conducting inspections
