Graphic Designer

POSITION RELATIONSHIP TO ORGANIZATION:

The graphic designer is responsible for providing graphical and branding assistance to all departments to enhance and increase EAC’s presence with its internal and external clients.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of Branding and uses typography, image quality and content accuracy for communicating
  • Knowledge of how to effectively communicate concepts, approaches, experience, advantages, etc. with graphics.
  • Proficient in industry standard software:
    • Adobe InDesign
    • WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.
    • Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Skills - 3D modeling/rendering capability.
  • Skills - good communication skills, verbal and technical writing skills.
  • Detail oriented – pays close attention to typography, image quality and content accuracy.
  • Able to work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Able to understand, analyze, and process complex technical information and materials.
  • Able to exhibit a professional demeanor and attitude when interacting with colleagues and clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develops graphics/art for marketing proposals, multi-media presence and internal/external brand campaigns.
  • Creates marketing presentations, infographics and visuals communicating EAC’s brand.
  • Provides input of new opportunities, current project records, client contacts, leads and other types of updates into CRM platform.
  • Provides Business Development coordination support as necessary.
  • Designs, creates and modifies ADA compliant websites.
  • Analyzes and anticipates user needs to implement internal and external web site content, graphics, performance and interactivity.
