That said, we’ll seriously consider a seasoned Product Manager from another industry who has the technical aptitude to earn credibility with our development team quickly. - Organized and focused with the ability to manage multiple product development projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience presenting to a variety of audiences
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Suite)
- Resilient character, superior customer service mentality, and high integrity in all business dealings
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with both accessory development and branded merchandise sourcing
- Knowledge of the hunting, shooting, and outdoor industry

What Success Looks Like Here
Effective Product Managers at Nightforce are trusted at every level of the organization. You are the go-to person for your product line; you know the SKUs, the pricing, the history, and the competitive landscape. When someone has a question, the answer comes from you.
You also influence without authority. You don’t have a large direct team, but your line’s success is a result of your collaboration with sales, engineering, marketing, and operations. That happens through building relationships, earning credibility, and your ability to frame decisions in terms of what matters to every audience.
