Heritage CDJR of Brigham City
Location: Brigham City / Perry, UT
Heritage CDJR of Brigham City is seeking a driven, professional, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team serving the Brigham City and Perry, UT area. In this role, you will help guests find the right vehicle and build long-term relationships through a transparent, high-energy, and process-driven sales experience. The ideal candidate is coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery and beyond.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and professionally in-person, by phone, and online.
  • Conduct a thorough needs assessment to match customers with the right vehicle, features, and budget.
  • Present vehicles confidently, including test drives, product demonstrations, and feature/benefit walkarounds.
  • Provide transparent pricing and purchase options; guide guests through the buying process with clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the sales desk and F&I team to structure deals and ensure a seamless handoff.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and sold customers (calls, texts, emails) to build relationships and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including activities, notes, appointments, and deal status.
  • Participate in daily huddles, training, and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve performance.
  • Support showroom standards and merchandising (lot walks, vehicle readiness, presentation quality).
  • Uphold Heritage standards for customer satisfaction and represent the brand with integrity.
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience is preferred (automotive is a plus, not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, professional, and service-minded.
  • High accountability, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow a proven sales process.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with goals, activity targets, and accountability.
  • Coachable mindset with the ability to learn product knowledge, systems, and sales best practices.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to use CRM/digital tools daily.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
