Job description

Envision is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join our team at HCA Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida as the Anesthesia Medical Director.
Minimum experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time leadership opportunity to join the well-established group of 9 physicians and 29 APPs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and performs all cases except for transplants, high acuity peds or burns.
The Chief Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Scheduling
  • Staff development
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events, liaison with hospital leaders, serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital, participate in leadership and development activities, performance reviews, orientation and onboarding of new hires.
