• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific mental health needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using diverse methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Maintain compliant and accurate clinical records that adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams to share insights and enhance the quality of client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain abreast of advancements and emerging research within the mental health field.

As an LPC at Willow Green Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing short-term difficulties such as stress, anxiety, workplace conflicts, and life transitions. Your expertise will help guide clients through their unique journeys, empowering them to achieve emotional health and stability.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical practices and legal frameworks governing counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other essential applications is advantageous.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of success in collaborative work with healthcare teams to effectively manage client care.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
