Job description

We are looking for a Sports Concierge - Pro Shop to join our team. In this role, you will work as a golf and tennis concierge while also serving as a sales associate for retail merchandise in the Sports Pro Shop. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and have some knowledge of golf and tennis. This position requires the ability to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all guests, including those visiting the Retail stores, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guests by name, anticipating their needs, and offering assistance.
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance at all times.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the store.
- Sell merchandise and utilize POS systems effectively.
