Over the years, we have expanded to multiple clinics and partnerships in Alabama and Tennessee. We have 5 outpatient locations. Position Overview:

  • Greet patients warmly, handle check-ins/outs, collect co-pays, and manage appointment schedules.
  • Facilitate new therapy referrals, coordinate with staff and agencies, and ensure timely care for new patients.
  • Maintain staff productivity by efficiently allocating visits and serving as a liaison with administrators.

Requirements:

  • Available to work Monday-Fridayย 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality and a desire to improve tour patients' and clients' quality of life
  • Successful candidates will be able to handle multiple tasks.
  • An interest in the field of physical therapy and a background in Exercise Science is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to meet the job's physical demands such as frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing.
