DirectPath Recruiting Services is partnering with a growing technology and manufacturing organization to identify a Front Desk Coordinator / Administrative Assistant. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees while supporting a variety of administrative and office operations functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, customer-focused individual with experience in reception, office administration, customer service, or administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.

โ€ข Welcome and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and guests in a professional manner.

โ€ข Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain visitor access logs.

โ€ข Provide information, directions, and assistance to callers and visitors.

โ€ข Coordinate conference room schedules and meeting space reservations.

โ€ข Retrieve and distribute voicemail messages to appropriate personnel.

โ€ข Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

โ€ข Manage office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed.

โ€ข Coordinate service requests related to office telecommunications systems.

โ€ข Perform data entry and administrative support duties.

โ€ข Assist with electronic signage updates and other office projects.

โ€ข Support daily office operations and additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
