Our team is devoted to making mental health support accessible and effective, reflecting our belief that everyone deserves quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to deliver effective treatment to individuals and families facing emotional and behavioral disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving their therapeutic goals.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as outlined in each patientโ€™s treatment strategy, ensuring an inclusive space for all participants.

  • Engage in regular treatment team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to foster a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor and supportive attitude towards clients, encouraging open communication and swiftly addressing patient concerns or complaints.
  • Prioritize patient safety in all interactions and therapeutic interventions, continuously assessing risk factors and implementing appropriate protocols.
  • Perform additional functions and responsibilities as required by the organization.

This role allows you to work with a diverse client population, supporting adults, adolescents, and children from various backgrounds. You will be instrumental in addressing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and interpersonal conflicts. By understanding patientsโ€™ unique experiences, you will design and implement tailored approaches that foster healing and growth.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.
  • State or national licensure for professional therapy providers, including eligibility for state licensure. Candidates must possess licensure as either LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, providing therapy across a range of mental health topics.
  • Demonstrable skills in adapting therapeutic techniques to different age groups and cultural backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices relevant to therapy services.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave, and three weeks of vacation annually, ensuring our staff enjoys a strong work-life balance.
