Job description

The Production Print Analyst serves as the technical expert for the design, implementation, and support of production print solutions throughout the customer journey. Partnering with both internal teams and customers, this role assesses business needs, recommends tailored hardware and software solutions, and integrates them into efficient production workflows. Leveraging expertise in production print technologies and workflow software, the Production Print Analyst delivers exceptional customer experiences while supporting the organization's professional services and software revenue goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assesses customer needs to identify production print solutions which support business needs 
  • Strategizes with Account Executives to drive sales of production print software solutions such as a fiery controller, G7, variable data and other network integrations 
  • Supports Account Executives through standard and customized technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars 
  • Clearly articulate features and differentiate solutions product offerings to audiences ranging from COs to engineers to convince about solutions technological superiority 
  • Develops relationships with prospects, customers, and sales teams 
  • Assists in the proposal and closing of the sale of solutions 
  • Installs and integrates solutions systems into the customer’s network 
  • Resolves questions regarding solutions, services and training 
  • Provides technical support to end users 
  • Be a team player communicating with colleagues and other department members 
  • Improves customer’s business workflow by use of business software offerings  
  • Builds rapport and elicit problem details from customers 
  • Identifies and learns appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Education/License/Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a print center or comparable production environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Clean driving record, with no DUIs within the past five years.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 
  • Technical Sales experience preferred 
  • At least 2 years' experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or IT consulting role working with enterprise software solutions 
Preferred Certifications: 
  • CompTIA Network+ 
  • CompTIA A+ 
  • CompTIA Security+ 
  • Fiery Certified Professional/Expert 
  • Certified Color Management Professional 
  • G7 Expert
