Homes for Independent Living, a MyPath company, provides an array of service models in a variety of residential settings. We support people through individualized service plans that range from high personal care needs to those who present complex behavioral challenges. HIL is looking for aDirect Support Professional (DSP)to join our team. A DSP provides direct care support services for our clients in order to maximize the individual's potential. Following Individual Service Plans and Behavioral Support Plans, a DSP is focused on providing services that enhance the overall health, safety, and welfare of their clients.

As aDirect Support Professional, you will:

  • Interact with clients assisting with day to day tasks
  • Engage in fun activities with clients
  • Health monitoring and medication administration
  • Meal preparation in accordance to dietary guidelines
  • Light housekeeping
  • Assist with personal cares

We offer:

  • This is an hourly position, pay is based on experience, location and shift. Full-time hours available. Extra $1/hr. on 2nd shift AND Extra $2/hr. on weekends
  • Set schedules with guaranteed hours (ability to pick up OT)
  • Wage increases with experience
