We are looking for a collaborative and solutions-oriented Professional Engineer (P.E.) to join our Water Treatment Group. This position offers work flexibility and the opportunity to engage with multiple offices on impactful water and wastewater projects that support communities across the Intermountain West. The ideal candidate will display a solid understanding of water/wastewater treatment planning and design and a strong ability to communicate with operators, clients, and teammates. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary design teams in the planning, design, and construction of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Serve as a technical resource across offices, supporting QA/QC and design excellence.
  • Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams from project conception through completion.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical delivery.
  • Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (or the ability to acquire licensure within 6 months).
  • 5+ years of water / wastewater treatment experience.
  • Experience in planning, design, and analysis of treatment systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and offices.
