Branch Sales Professional

Position Summary

The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. This roleidentifiescustomer needs, recommends tailoredsolutionsand builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Selladditionalservices and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads,cold callsand onsite visits toresidencesand businesses.

  • Conduct inspections toidentifyinfestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.

  • Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generatingadditionalpest control and related service opportunities.

  • Prepareappropriate jobspecifications and treating instructionsin accordance withexisting laws, regulations, and company policy.

  • Regularlyoperateand maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

QualificationsandRequirements

  • 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Possesa valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.

  • Mustbe able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements,attics,crawlsspaceandothertight spaces.

  • Earn andmaintainstate-required training and pest control licensingif applicable (provided).

  • High school diploma or GED.
