Luther Oaks senior living community is seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Driver to provide safe transportation for residents to appointments, outings, and community events. This flexible, as-needed position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact while interacting with residents and supporting their independence.

What You'll Do:
  • Safely transport residents to medical appointments, errands, and community outings
  • Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle when needed
  • Ensure resident safety and comfort during transportation
  • Maintain transportation schedules and communicate changes as necessary
  • Assist with special events and activities requiring resident transportation
  • Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance concerns
What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED; or 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate community transportation vehicles
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to assist residents with mobility needs as appropriate

  • Previous experience working with seniors is a plus
