Job description

Shape the Way People Learn, Lead, and Grow

LPi is looking for a Talent Development Lead to drive learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee performance, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners with leaders across the business to develop onboarding, sales enablement, leadership training, performance management, and talent development programs that support business goals and employee growth.

What You'll Do
  • Design and facilitate learning experiences for employees and leaders companywide.
  • Plan and virtually lead the ad sales onboarding program to accelerate new hire success.
  • Manage company-wide onboarding programs and support ongoing employee development, including sales enablement initiatives.
  • Lead the annual performance review process.
  • Analyze employee onboarding, learning, and business performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder for enterprise training initiatives, including ERP implementation and organizational change management efforts.
  • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, focus groups, and manager consultations.
  • Oversee the Paycor Learning Management System, including course administration, reporting, and learning analytics.
  • Manage multiple learning projects while driving the adoption of new programs across the organization.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Sales Enablement, or Performance Management.
  • Experience with sales enablement, leadership development, or change management.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing learning programs.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze learning, engagement, and business metrics to improve program effectiveness.
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Paycor preferred), HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and business applications such as Salesforce or NetSuite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 20% annually.
