Youth Development Professional

After School Cub Care Program

Looking for fun and friendly mentors who have a desire to positively impact the youth in our community!

Before and after school shifts available

Flexible - 1-5 shifts per week.

Pay - Starts at $10.50/hr

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Youth Development Professional plans, implements, supervises members and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area, supporting our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

High School diploma or GED

Experience in working with children

Knowledge of youth development.

Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems

Valid State Drivers License
