Are you an outgoing, high-energy sales professional with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry? Beauty Bar by Kristina Ruggerio (BBKR) is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to help grow our brand, build lasting partnerships, and drive new business opportunities.

This is a dynamic hybrid role based out of our beautiful Wilmington, Delaware location, combined with local networking and community outreach.

What You'll Do

• Drive B2B, corporate, and bridal sales by building new relationships and partnerships.
• Secure bridal bookings and corporate headshot packages featuring hair, makeup, and photography.
• Grow BBKR's luxury membership program and executive wellness packages.
• Promote our full range of salon, day spa, medspa, nail, and retail services.
• Represent BBKR at networking events, bridal shows, community events, and local businesses.
• Help increase brand awareness through social media, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
• Support recruiting efforts by helping attract top beauty professionals to our growing team.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or customer relationship management.
• Proven success building client relationships and generating new business.
• Outgoing, polished, self-motivated, and confident communicating with clients and businesses.
• Strong organizational, communication, and social media skills.
• Ability to work from our Wilmington office and travel locally throughout the region.
