Position: Instructor, Certified Nurse Assistant (RN)

Schedule -ย Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday - Friday

Whatย you will be doing:ย You'll be responsible for the academic and career technical trade instruction per approved curricula. They will provide training and basic guidance and direction to help students achieve their academic and trade goals.ย 

Essential functions:ย 

  • Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.
  • Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.
  • Coordinate with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/ or instruction.
  • Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment.
  • Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.ย 

Education and Experience Requirements:ย 

  • High school diploma or equivalent and experience in area of instruction.ย 
  • Preferred RN or LPN licensure, but can have CNA license. Experience instructing or supervising in a professional environment.ย 
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.ย
