You might start the morning helping children settle into their classroom, spend the afternoon painting, building, singing, reading stories, exploring outside, or helping a toddler work through some very big feelings.

Qualifications
Preschool & Toddler Aide
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Enjoy working with young children and helping them learn through play

New to childcare? That's okay! We have a limited number of entry-level Aide positions available while you complete the requirements to become PATCH qualified-and we'll pay for your CDA certification.
Infant/Toddler Caregiver
  • 12-24 months of experience caring for children under age 3 in a licensed childcare setting
  • Infant/Toddler training completed or willingness to obtain it with our support
Teacher
  • CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
  • 6-12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program
