Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage in collaborative care, partnering with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create integrated treatment strategies that address all aspects of a client's mental health.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records, ensuring all documentation adheres to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The role involves working with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing challenges related to mental health, trauma, relationship issues, and personal development. Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
