• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately diagnose and understand clients' emotional and behavioral disorders, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.
• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and desired outcomes, ensuring a collaborative approach to therapy.
• Facilitate engaging individual, couple, and group counseling sessions that promote discussion, healing, and personal growth, adapting modalities to suit client preferences.
• Equip clients with effective coping mechanisms and self-care strategies that they can apply in their daily lives, enhancing their resilience and overall mental health.
• Continuously monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure accountability.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
