What is a professional coach?

A professional coach is a trained individual who helps clients achieve their personal or professional goals through guidance, support, and accountability. Coaches use various techniques such as active listening, asking powerful questions, and providing constructive feedback to help clients clarify their objectives and overcome obstacles. Professional coaches work in diverse areas, including career development, leadership, life transitions, and performance improvement. They do not provide therapy or tell clients what to do, but instead empower clients to find their own solutions and take actionable steps toward their goals.

How do professional coaches typically structure their sessions to maximize client progress?

Professional Coaches often structure their sessions with a clear beginning, middle, and end. They start by setting an agenda with the client, identifying specific goals or challenges to address.
