Job Title: Class A CDL Driver
Location: Roseville, MN (Covering parts of Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota)
Duration: Full-time
 

Schedule :

·        Work flexible shifts: 4-day workweek with shifts ranging from 8–14 hours

·        One weekend day is required per the schedule

Job Summary:

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is seeking a reliable and professional Class A CDL Driver to join its team in Roseville, MN. This role involves full-time delivery operations requiring 100% touch freight. Drivers will operate across Minnesota and neighboring states, making multiple physical deliveries per shift while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Perform 100% touch freight delivery using hand trucks or dollies in all weather conditions

·        Make 15–20 stops per day, handling products weighing up to 75 pounds

·        Deliver products across Minnesota, parts of Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota

·        Downstack and neatly organize products in-store

·        Comply with safety protocols and maintain delivery efficiency

·        Participate in both individual and team delivery routes

·        Additional pay may be earned on out-of-town routes

Requirements:

·        Valid Class A CDL License with at least 1 year of experience

·        Clean DOT and MVR record

·        Ability to pass MVRClearinghouse, and background checks

·        Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 75 lbs

·        Touch freight experience is a plus

·        Must be comfortable handling pork products

·        Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends

·        Must bring an updated resume to hiring events

·        Professional appearance and conduct expected
