OVERVIEW: W.C. Russell Moccasin Co. Inspection and Fulfillment Specialist works under the Operations Manager to perform product inspection and shipping operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Inspection and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for a variety of tasks at Russell Moccasin pertaining to quality control, boxing, inventory management and order fulfillment. The goal during the training phase for this position is to become proficient and consistent in the processes of each of these operations. The Inspection and Fulfillment Specialist is assigned tasks, deadlines, and priorities by the Operations Manager. A general scope of the processes included in the position are provided below:

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Education Required: Highschool Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
No prior experience required.

Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues inside and outside of the company
