Title: Agent Services & Operations Coordinator

Location: McLean, VA (in-office with weekly travel to local offices)
Job Type: Contract to Hire

Overview:

A well-established real estate organization is seeking a highly tech-savvy Agent Services & Operations Coordinator to provide hands-on, in-person support to real estate agents and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the “go-to” person—helping onboard new agents, supporting technology platforms, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with agents, corporate leadership, and multiple departments while balancing structured responsibilities with the variety of a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Support new and existing agents with onboarding, systems, and day-to-day questions

Provide in-office and virtual support for company platforms, Gmail, Microsoft tools, and Zoom

Assist with managing and triaging helpdesk requests

Lead or assist with agent training sessions and maintain training materials and SOPs

Coordinate with technology vendors and stay up to date on system updates

Provide administrative and operational support to corporate teams

Assist with recruiting research, marketing support, blog posting, website checks, license monitoring, and other corporate initiatives

Help plan and support company events and training sessions (occasional evening/weekend support with comp time)

Work Schedule & Location

Based in McLean, VA with regular travel to company offices

In-office role with some remote meetings as needed

Weekly office rotations on Tuesdays

Flexible daily schedule required to support changing priorities

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience (4+ years)

Experience in operations, administrative support, client services, or agent support

Strong comfort with technology and learning new systems quickly
