What is professional baseball coaching?

Professional baseball coaching involves training and guiding baseball players at the professional level to improve their skills, develop strategies, and achieve team goals. Coaches work on everything from batting and pitching techniques to mental preparation and game tactics. They analyze player performance, plan practice sessions, and often collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure the team's success.
