Position Overview

  • Deliver professional barbering services, including clipper cuts, precision scissor cuts, fades, razor shaves, beard grooming, and color services within the time periods allotted.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand style preferences and recommend suitable cuts or grooming services.
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience that encourages repeat clients and referrals.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in accordance with Texas barbering and sanitation regulations.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned, disinfected, and maintained.
  • Assist in maintaining a professional and welcoming shop environment for clients.
  • Stay updated on modern barbering techniques, styles, and trends.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development provided by the shop.
