We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to serve as a strategic product leader responsible for defining product vision, driving execution, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that create measurable customer and business value.

This role combines product strategy, people leadership, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate will lead and develop Product Managers, build scalable product management processes, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders to prioritize investments, improve delivery, and achieve strong business outcomes.

Product strategy and vision

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Translate enterprise priorities into actionable product initiatives, investment recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
  • Use customer, market, competitive, and performance insights to identify growth and differentiation opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and guide roadmap tradeoffs across customer value, strategic alignment, technical feasibility, risk, and return.

Leadership and team development

  • Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, as applicable.
  • Set clear expectations, performance goals, development plans, and succession pathways.
  • Foster a culture of customer focus, accountability, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Guide teams through ambiguity and promote sound judgment, data-informed decisions, and effective stakeholder management.

Product lifecycle and delivery

  • Own products and capabilities across the full lifecycle, from discovery and validation through launch, optimization, and retirement.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to define problems, prioritize backlogs, clarify outcomes, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Coordinate launch readiness and go-to-market activities with senior leadership.
  • Monitor adoption, value realization, quality, customer feedback, and performance after launch.

Process management and operational excellence

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable product management processes, governance, and operating rhythms.
  • Establish consistent practices for intake, discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, business cases, reviews, and decision documentation.
  • Develop practical templates, standards, and playbooks that improve quality without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks, unclear handoffs, and recurring delivery issues, and lead sustainable improvements.
  • Define product and process KPIs, dashboards, and review mechanisms that improve visibility and decision speed.

Cross-functional and executive partnership

  • Build trusted relationships across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate alignment among competing priorities and influence decisions without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap status, portfolio health, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure product teams understand business context, customer needs, dependencies, and expected outcomes.

Customer and market insight

  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout product planning and delivery.
  • Lead or support customer interviews, workflow observation, feedback sessions, usability testing, and discovery research.
  • Combine qualitative insights with product analytics and business data to guide prioritization and solution design.

Portfolio and performance management

  • Manage product performance against agreed goals, including adoption, engagement, revenue, retention, satisfaction, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee roadmap dependencies, capacity, risks, and investment tradeoffs across assigned products or product areas.
  • Provide leadership with clear reporting on product health, delivery progress, financial impact, and value realization.
  • Recommend continuation, acceleration, correction, or retirement decisions based on evidence and strategic fit.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 5+ years of progressive product management, product strategy, or related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or formally mentoring Product Managers or Product Owners.
  • Proven success defining product strategy and delivering digital products, platforms, or complex business capabilities.
  • Demonstrated process management acumen, including workflow design, governance, measurement, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile, Lean, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect customer problems, product decisions, and financial outcomes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Product management, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement certification.
  • Experience establishing Product Operations practices or scaling a product management function.
  • Experience managing a product portfolio across multiple teams, business units, or customer segments.
  • Working knowledge of product analytics, financial modeling, experimentation, and change management.

Educations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Master's degree or MBA.

Tools and technical proficiency

  • Delivery and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence,  Azure DevOps, Miro, and Figma.
  • Analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, experimentation methods, and data interpretation is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • No direct supervisory responsibilities.

**This position is based in our Las Vegas, NV office and requires in-person attendance due to the collaborative nature of the work**
