Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development practices (e.g., spec-driven development, AI coding assistants, and agentic workflows) to accelerate product discovery and execution.
A history of strong partnerships with design and engineering, with a general understanding of design and development systems and processes
Demonstrate a high level of empathy and storytelling capability to influence a large network of stakeholders and customers.
Technical expertise and the ability to make informed trade-offs between various system architectures.
Experience with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp, or equivalent
