Job description

 Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Warehouse Production Associate in Griffin, GA. In this manufacturing role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, material handling, maintaining product quality, ensuring safety and cleanliness and collaborating with the team to meet output goals. In a Warehouse Production Associate job, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Monitoring production machinery to assemble or process steel framing components, ensuring machines are set up correctly, calibrated for size and speed.
  • Operating production equipment used in the fabrication of light gauge steel framing products,
  • Inspect raw materials and finished product for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Measuring materials to specification for outbound shipments.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
 
What you’ll need:
  • MUST have steel-toe boots.
  • MUST pass a drug screening.
  • MUST pass a tape measure test and math test.
  • MUST submit to a background check.
  • Must have manufacturing experience. Metal production is a PLUS.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must wear PPE in warehouse floor.
 
Perks:

  • We offer 3 different shift hours, all in a Monday - Friday schedule.
  • 1st shift - M-F 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM. (18.50 an hour)
  • 2nd shift - M-F 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM ($20.00 an hour)
  • 3rd shift - M-F 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM ($19.50 an hour)
  • We provide PPE except for steel-toe boots!
