Production Associate/Swing Shift

In office role:  Millcreek, Utah

Compensation:  $23 per hour plus $1 an hour Shift Premium

Production Associate Summary:

Support the manufacturing process, including inspection, engraving, blasting, packaging, shipping, and other assigned production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to production standards and safety protocols
  • Measure and verify subcomponents meet specifications
  • Interact with inventory systems
  • Perform various production functions as a flexible team member

Job Requirements:

  • Lifting 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and accurate counting
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft 365 

Workplace:

  • Employees are expected to foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment
  • Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts may occur during job duties
  • Employees may also encounter fumes or airborne particles in the work area on occasion 

Education and/or Experience:

High school degree / GED

Compensation:

$23 per hour plus $1 an hour Shift Premium
