maintain inventory levels, and help ensure our store is always ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience. In this

ensuring every product we offer inspires creativity in the kitchen and delight for our guests.

Responsibilities
A Production Associate will be expected to:
• Assist with blending, packaging, and labeling products according to store standards
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, backstock, and bulk bins
• Support daily production tasks based on store priorities
• Prepare and organize materials needed for production, including labels, bags, and containers
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock to management
• Fulfill phone orders as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and blend room
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Support team members with production-related tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Production Manager
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
• Ability to utilize simple math skills in measuring ingredients, reading a scale, and following recipes
• Strong organizational skills
• Clear communication and ability to take direction
• Previous retail, kitchen, or production experience is a plus
• Adaptability and flexibility as store needs shift
Physical Demands
• Regular use of kitchen tools to prepare daily blends
• Maneuver around stockroom and production areas; involves bending, standing, twisting, and lifting
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Frequent lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Constantly exposed to our exceptional spice and tea aromas
Compensation: $15.15 - $16.50 per hour
