Duties

Operate laminating machines to bond foam materials according to production specifications.
Prepare materials, monitor lamination processes, and ensure proper alignment and adhesion.
Inspect laminated foam products for quality, defects, and consistency.
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures.
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet production goals.
