Job description

Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is looking to add Production Operators to our light manufacturing facility in Franklin, TN.

The Production Operator performs production line work in the assembly, molding, and/or press department including but not limited to assembling product, operating machinery, and finalizing products to prepare them for shipment.

Essential Functions:

  •  Perform work in a productive manner, maintaining speed and accuracy while following safety, quality, and production standards.
  •  Assembling product on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy to meet production targets.
  • Operating machinery and inspecting produced parts to ensure timely delivery to the assembly department for final production.
  •  Keeping workstation and production area clean and safe.
  • Stocking production area with assembly components.
  • Inspecting assembly components and finished product to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Testing finished product for compliance.
  • Making minor repairs to assembled product as needed
  • Reporting any issues to line lead or supervisor if needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
