As a Manager on the Digital Yield-Entertainment team, you will play an impactful role in supporting and monetizing Fox's Entertainment digital inventory offerings. You will focus on Digital Content Creators in support of Ad Sale's go-to-market strategy. In this position, you will play a key part in identifying and implementing new monetization techniques and sales opportunities from a yield perspective. You will also help establish sales offerings to drive revenue and yield. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Fox Creator Studios, Ad Tech, Client Services, Marketing and Finance. This role reports to the Senior Director, Digital Yield - Entertainment.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, maintain, and distribute weekly yield management reports to various internal teams
  • Manage Entertainment Video and Creator Content inventory STRs
  • Partner with Fox Creator Studios to establish seamless internal sponsorship workflow
  • Generate automated social platform cost models inclusive of posts and custom integration
  • Project organic views on all Creator Content to establish monthly capacity models for Fox Creator Studios talent
  • Provide media plan guidance to Fox Creator Studios and Client Services that ensures a successful execution
  • Analyze actual capacity against projections to identify opportunities or concerns
  • Continuously seek new optimization strategies by leveraging Direct, Programmatic, and PMP deals
  • Collaborate biweekly with Programmatic team to establish floor rates
  • Review quarterly marketplace trends and provide Scatter price guidance to the Senior Director
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue through new selling strategies
  • Educate Sales & sales support teams on new inventory initiatives
  • Collaborate with Ad Tech to adjust or create new products that align with sales initiatives and ensure order entry safeguards
  • Maintain current Digital Yield - Entertainment workflow through various systems including Salesforce, AOS, FreeWheel and Tableau.
  • Manage yield analyst workload and day- to day responsibilities


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5+ years in digital yield management
  • 2+ years of experience managing Creator Content to support sales initiatives
  • Experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X)
  • Deep understanding of digital inventory opportunities and Creator content integration
  • Experience as a people manager
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to interpret large datasets and create action plans
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Order Management Systems, (AOS), Ad Servers (FreeWheel), CRM (Salesforce) BI tools (Tableau) is a plus
  • College degree is required

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-107,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
