Job Description

This role supports a foam and filtration composite production line that manufactures fans and industrial filters in a fabrication shop environment. You will contribute to a steady and efficient production process by performing general production, assembly, and labor tasks while maintaining high standards of quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and support the foam and filtration composite production line used to manufacture fans and industrial filters.
  • Perform general production and assembly tasks according to established procedures and work instructions.
  • Handle materials and components safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
  • Monitor workstations to ensure consistent product quality and promptly report any issues or defects.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to keep the production line running smoothly.
  • Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time, staying engaged throughout the shift, and completing assigned tasks.
  • Care for equipment and tools by using them properly and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
