Job description

Are you experienced in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, construction, or carpentry? We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Acrylic Form Trimmer to join a growing manufacturing team in Houston. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, reading measurements, and producing high-quality finished products in a fast-paced production environment.


Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
Overtime Available


Key Responsibilities

  • Trim, cut, and shape acrylic forms, flashing, and related materials according to production specifications
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, circular saws, and measuring equipment
  • Accurately read tape measures and perform basic math calculations to ensure precise cuts and measurements
  • Sand, patch, and paint materials to meet quality standards and prepare finished products
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including material handling, inventory support, and general production tasks
  • Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, production, assembly, construction, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, saws, and measuring devices required
  • Carpentry, woodworking, or construction experience is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled
