Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cannabis Trimming Support Associates to join our cultivation team. In this role, you will be responsible for hand trimming cannabis flower while maintaining quality, consistency, and production goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing repetitive tasks, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Essential ResponsibilitiesTrimming & Quality- Hand trim harvested cannabis flower according to company quality standards.
- Remove excess leaves and stems while preserving the integrity of the flower.
- Inspect product for quality, consistency, mold, pests, or contamination.
- Sort flower by size, quality, and product specifications.
- Maintain production goals while ensuring premium product quality.
Production Support- Assist with bucking, de-stemming, weighing, and preparing flower for packaging.
- Support post-harvest operations as needed.
- Keep trimming stations clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
Compliance- Follow all state cannabis regulations and company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate production documentation when required.
- Handle cannabis products carefully to prevent contamination or damage.
Qualifications- Previous commercial cannabis trimming experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must hold a valid and active OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
Physical Requirements- Stand or sit for extended periods.
- Frequent repetitive hand and wrist movements.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift.
Work EnvironmentWork is performed in a licensed cannabis cultivation or post-production facility while following all PPE, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
