Role Description The Sales Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Woburn, MA, designed to prepare team members for future leadership positions in sales and branch operations. In this role, the trainee supports day-to-day sales activities, including assisting customers, branch deliveries, processing orders, and learning product lines across plumbing, heating, cooling, and related categories. The trainee works closely with sales and branch leadership to understand account management, inventory processes, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management.
