POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Assembly position is a full-time role and requires at least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment. The primary responsibility of this position is to assemble components into quality finished products. This position reports directly to the Production Manager.
The ideal candidate would have experience as follows:
  • Assembling products using machinery including, but not limited to, cutting machines, drill presses, soldering machines and various manual and automatic presses.
  • Packing, shipping, receiving and stocking products.
  • Ability to lift heavy material on a regular basis (50 lbs. or less).
  • Ability to stand, stretch, and bend for a full day of work (8-hour shift).
  • Use company-designated personal protective equipment such as steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, ear protection and protective gloves as needed.
  • Performing routine daily housekeeping duties in assembly area to keep work space neat and organized each day.
  • Assisting in physical inventory count as required
  • Strong attendance.

Minimum qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
