We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and support a safe, highperformance work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problemsolving, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production leadership - Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals
  • Team supervision - Lead, train, and evaluate production employees across assigned shifts
