The Project Manager is accountable for all aspects of project delivery through to final closure and ensures approval of deliverables. They contribute to resource management to achieve objectives within defined timelines and budgets.

The role involves organizing, directing, and controlling the human, material, financial, and technological resources essential for delivering large\-scale, cross\-functional projects. The Project Manager is responsible for the project plan and acts as the central point for all contributors involved in delivery (sponsor, managers, and contributors), leveraging strong planning and coordination skills.
