Mission

Do you want to contribute to the development of technical, sustainable, and high-performance products? Are you driven by hands-on projects, mechanical design, and cross-team collaboration? This position could very well be for you. Reporting to the Director of Development and Innovation, you’ll be involved in every stage of product development, from needs analysis to the integration of UHMW-PE molded products into production. You’ll also help improve our existing products and support internal teams in resolving technical challenges.


In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Participate in defining and designing products with customers
  • Propose and implement improvements to products already on the market
  • Plan and coordinate certain activities in the product development process
  • Ensure the efficient launch of new products into production
  • Provide technical support to production teams
  • Collaborate on the preparation of manufacturing quotes and bids
  • Prepare technical documentation and presentations for clients
  • Contribute to the compliant management of confidential information related to applicable security requirements
