What does a production project coordinator do?

A Production Project Coordinator oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of production projects within an organization. They coordinate schedules, manage resources, and communicate with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Their responsibilities often include tracking project progress, resolving issues, and supporting production staff to achieve project goals. Production Project Coordinators serve as the central communication link between departments such as design, production, and logistics. They work closely with each team to ensure timelines are met, resources are properly allocated, and project specifications are followed.
