What You'll Do:
  • Order Planning: Plan orders using production resources and communication with Sales.
  • ERP Management: Set B.O.M. and work routing through the shop in our ERP system (MS Dynamics AX).
  • Order Tracking: Track orders through the Shop, expediting when necessary.
  • Backorder Assistance: Assist with parts backorders and field questions for work in progress.
  • Workflow Maintenance: Use MS Office Suite programs to maintain workflow.
  • Career Growth: Cross-train for future career growth opportunities.
  • Shop Environment: Spend up to 20% of the time in the shop environment.

What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (related Majors also considered.)
  • Experience: Preference will be given to applicants with experience with planning orders in a manufacturing industry
  • Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy and good communication in all tasks.
  • Availability: Full-time, with occasional Saturday overtime as needed, adherence to attendance and company policies.
  • Mechanical knowledge: Familiarity with basic machining practices and materials is a plus, as is general mechanical knowledge.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Reliability and accuracy: Commitment to reliable work with a high standard of accuracy in drawings and specifications.

Your Schedule:
  • 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
