Job Summary:
Olsten Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Pickers to join our client's growing warehouse team located in Marion, SC. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Must be physically capable of performing a variety of warehouse duties. This is a long-term temporary to hire opportunity. If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now!
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack items from the warehouse according to pick tickets
  • Use handheld scanners or inventory systems to ensure correct items and quantities are selected.
  • Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damage.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including staging and labeling
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.) as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse-order picking experience preferred
  • Ability to lift to 50+ lbs. regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
